Arselan advises clients on establishment of foreign investment companies in Indonesia, mergers & acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. Arselan used to work for Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung, and Budiarto Law Partnership.

Arselan graduated from Universitas Diponegoro (S.H.) and continue his post graduate study at the University of Queensland (LL.M.). Arselan is a visiting lecturer for legal aspects of business and industrial relations and a registered receiver and administrator at Indonesian Association of Trustee in Bankruptcy and Administrator (HKPI).
